At SKS Mobile Care, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Returns/Replacement only can be consider on providing Unboxing Video of the parcel received.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at sksmobilecares@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Once approved, the product must be securely packaged and shipped to the return address provided.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping will be borne by the customer

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return request.
